A woman @elenanomis from Johannesburg was looking to buy kitchen items and went shopping at three South African stores. PEP proved itself as the most affordable as the woman compared plates she found at Mr Price Home for R39.

The same plate retailed at an exorbitant R179 from Home, while PEP priced a similar dish at only R19. Briefly News reported that many people couldn’t believe that the stores would have products that are the same but with a huge price difference.
