Roxy Jacenko has always been a huge fan of Kim Kardashian.
And now her mother Doreen has taken style inspiration from Kim and her ex husband Kanye West for the eyesore $7.8million home she is building across the road from her daughter’s $6.6m Vaucluse mansion.
Doreen said her ultra-modern four-bedroom, five-bathroom home is set to be an ‘architectural masterpiece’.

Designed by prestige Sydney architect William Smart, mock-up images of the mansion show the home will feature an all-white exterior, daring angular shafts, splayed terraces and soft rounded edges.
‘The architecture will be bright, light-filled and layered,’ Doreen told Nine.
‘It’s a home that will be sculptural, functional and relaxed in both aesthetic and layout.’
Doreen’s palatial new spread will also feature a pool, a gym, media room and study area.

Doreen explained that a spiral staircase will connect all levels of the multi-storey layout.
She said architects have been careful to build-in ‘sustainability measures’ into the design.
These include photovoltaic panels – which covert sunlight into electricity – a rainwater collection, and double-glazed windows.
Worth an estimated $7.8million, Doreen told Nine the ultra-modern home will be an ‘architectural masterpiece’ and include four-bedrooms and five-bathrooms. Pictured: An artist’s impression of the street view of the home, which will take two years to complete

Doreen has employed her daughter’s favourite Sydney-based interior designer Blainey North to complete the look of the home, which she hopes to be finished in two years.
The new mansion will replace the $5million Vaucluse cottage Doreen bought in 2021.
Doreen and ex-husband Nick built a lucrative empire together in the Australian rag trade during their 38-year marriage.
It is believed the Jacenko estate included a cluster of commercial properties in Sydney’s Beaconsfield, Alexandria and Ultimo, each worth about $15 to $20million.
The couple, who divorced in 2011, sold a collection of investment properties held in their names for a staggering $78million last year.
